What is AuDHD Coaching?
AuDHD coaching is like having someone by your side to complete those troublesome tasks, not do them for us but help us to figure out why we keep putting them off and figure out what would make them easier and more automatic. The framework used helps to build a system and toolkit of personalised strategies that work for our brains.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, self diagnosed or have known for a long time, with or without a diagnosis life with a neurodivergence such as Autism and ADHD can feel very overwhelming especially if you have both to deal with and the push and pull affect of both conditions - Autism makes the rules, ADHD breaks them!
